You can't do that without a server side program.

You can create the html page in such a way so after the user submits the
form it will open a "new message" window in their default browsers, then
they can just send it.
Probably you can print a results page triggered by a Javascript event... but
I am not sure how can this be done.

You can verify the form fields using Javascript.

But all these things are much easier and more secure to be done using a
server side script.

Subject: one button 2 actions no serverside code!

Hi

I have a strange problem. I have been asked to set up a form with one
button which must send the completed form to an email address and send
the user to a thank you page. Catch is no server side such as ASP or
PHP or CGI available to me. Also they want the form validated at least
as far as mandatory fields. Any and all help greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Ken
