> I hear this horror story time and time again. When someone uses a 3rd
party registrar nothing can be solved. I always use Network
Solutions/Verisign. I have a DNS record change boom it is fixed. All the
other resellers don't change DNS records across the Internet, Only
Internic/Network Solution/Verisign sends out the master hosts files.

I don't use them and NEVER WILL AGAIN!

NetSol is the biggest bunch of crooks on the Internet. I have never had any
trouble with other registrars but I have had nothing but grief from NetSol.

It usually takes me two or three tries to get something changed with NetSol.
When a site owner needs to change something,
I have been unable to talk them through the process by phone. Its purpose
built to be obtuse.

I don't appreciate my mailbox being filled by these jerks trying to steal my
business. I also don't appreciate spending 2 or 3 hours on the phone when
email fails to get the job done.

NetSol got started in the early days when a lot of underhanded stuff was
going on - webmasters and ISP's that registered sites and handled hosting
themselves to keep their customers hostage. NetSol was/is set up to
perpetuate that. This seems very immoral to me.

NetSol has the main DNS machines - yes, and they also collect a portion of
every registration that is made, no matter who the Registrar.

They are also losing customers by the buckets and their stock has fallen a
long way the past few months. People are waking up.

lets see.... pay double price for poor service, surly service reps, steals
customers, immoral practices, failing business model, oh ya and a very big
monopoly. Not my kind of affiliate!
