Which is why we should periodically change passwords.  I am sure there are
many other companies the hackers poke and prod.  We have had a server at
SkynetWeb for a while and it I keep a very close watch on it.  Mostly I get
folks attempting an anonymous FTP.  Once in a while I get someone sniffing
ports or a clumsy NT attack on our Cobalt RAQ (running Linux).

Any server is open to attack and there are many bad folk wanting to break
into them.  Its up to us to install the appropriate security packages and
keep the patches up to date.
