As far as HTML, you could opt to put your text into a table, if not
already, and use the NOWRAP attribute in the <th> or <td> elements.
While this attribute is deprecated, in favor of style sheets, it is
still valid. This will indicate the contents of the current cell should
not be wrapped. The browser keeps all the data in that cell on one line.
You can use <BR> elements by hand, in that cell, to force line breaks
where you want them. Keep in mind, your table will be viewed in many
different screen widths, so test your table by resizing your window
under different widths.

As far as CSS, there is a way, but I'll let someone better knowledged
answer that one for you.
