If you can't locate the font above you could always opt to use a free
dingbat like *fleurons*, *borderbats*, or *printers ornaments* and then
place any font face on top of the dingbat.

DanceHallCaps is a similar, if not the same, font for the black and
white "Victorian shopping mall". If you can't find that one, I could
send it to you. Other than this, check out The Font Pool
<http://www.fontpool.com/> and go into "view fonts by category" and have
a look at the "decorative and display fonts". There are quite a few to
choose from.
