hi paul

none do

search engines will index a working web page with any extension on the file
name

but some might not index the page if it's frames

and some might not index the complete url if it has a query string, for
example

    http://example.com/index.shtml?foo=bar,article=123456

(google does)

and many will not index the page if it has no text
