Free currency exchange rate xml feed??

Does anyone know of a free (preferrably XML) currency exchange rate data 
feed? Preferrably live but optionally delayed. Must update more than once a 
day :-) Cannot be a "currency converter" type - we want to do (server side) 
currency conversions from a fixed Euro to live current US$ and AUD$ and embed 
them directly into a web page.
