I am in need to figure out if there is a way to run a batch program on
Windows 2000 Shut down mode??

Need to perform a Copy command from network drive to Local on Shutdown to
verify my info is local everytime I log off..
That batch is easy enough but where oh where can I set this to execute on
shutdown..
I have looked through register files to add value but am lost..
Can any windows expert help?

Thanks in advance
