Measuring website customer satisfaction

Hello all,

I'm looking into a facility that will allow us to measure customer
satisfaction of our website - especially relating to some changes
we're going to make going forward.

I've looked at cPulse - does anyone have experience with this
facility, or with any others?  Thanks!
