There might be something out there for this, but I don't know of it.  I
imagine that you could do a search for the full path and name to the graphic
in question and maybe something would come up. Common sense method, however,
would be to use log analysis software and see if any pictures are getting a
non-proportional number of requests.  Since the requests are from the
client, you will be unable to determine the web site that is stealing your
bandwidth.

One time I had someone obviously linking to my graphics and sucking a lot of
paid bandwidth out of my pocket so I came up with a system that would rename
the path to most of my graphics and use a constant in all of the image tags.
This was extreme but I was really upset and streamlined the system so that I
could make the change in less than a minute.  Turns out that I only had to
make two changes and whoever was doing it gave up.
