can anyone recommend a good book/online resource for
setting up an internet server - having worked in web
design for ages I think its about time I learnt about
the other side of things!

I'm particularly looking to set up an intranet linked
to web (and possibly to other intranets) if that has
much influence over the setup procedure.

Not tooo fussed over whether I use Windows 2000,
apache or NT - provided I can get a step by step guide
for idiots on the whole process ;)
