Need some help with margin

Hi guys!
    First time post, though I've been a member 3 years now, and have resp=
onded
privately to many on this forum. I need some help on what I think should =
be a
basic problem, but I can't figure it out.
Please check out this URL, and tell me how to get the blue nav bar area t=
o get
flush with the left margin. In IE it seems to sit a bit off the left marg=
in.
In netscape, it lines up with the images above.
    No problem with the different sizes of the nav bar from IE to netscap=
e. =

I'll fix it later.  Just going nuts trying to get the table to line up wi=
th
the images above.
