is valid and well-formed and the index is double-A accessible. Certainly NOT
sloppy code. In fact, if it were not for the banner ads, the index would
validate as HTML 4.01 strict. NN not only has issues displaying CSS properly,
it also has problems with HTML 4.01. For example, I had to set TABLE DATA
widths explicitly, as opposed to using the COLGROUP and COL elements.  

I also use Opera 4.02, but it still does not take away from the fact that my
pages remain inaccessible because Opera does not support the fixed table-layout
algorithm. 

I don't like supporting MFC apps such as IE, but the fact remains that IE5+
displays valid and well-formed HTML 4.01 the best. For now, that is.
