Page not working properly in Netscape!

Dear Friends,

I made the first page of my friends site with Dream weaver 5 new Layout view i.e. where u get to draw the layout which is then later converted to one big complex table.

Now the page looks perfect in IE 5 i.e. centralized and in NN 4.7 it gets left aligned. Why is that happening? I have gone through the source a couple of times to find the tag, which may be causing this to happen. But have been unsuccessful in finding any such tag.
