Flash Questions

If anyone has input or guidance on any of my questions
in regard to Flash, I would appreciate it.  Basically,
I've been wondering about the following:

1. How do you create the ActionScript attached to a
button to give the viewer the option of printing one
frame in an animation?  (Assuming the animation is
already stopped on that page.)

2. Can someone tell me or send me your preloader from
a fla file for Flash 5.0?  I tried this a while back,
but the preloader only worked in I.E. and not Netscape
4.7.  (Or maybe I don't have my Flash plug in, in the
right directory for Netscape?)

3. If I have the swf animation file within an html
page and have the text of the Flash file written in
the comments and meta contents tag, will a screen
reader say that information.  (Or is this just wishful
thinking?)
