XHTML and MouseOvers

Hello all!

I'm playing around with XHTML and trying to get one of
my pages to pass W3 verification.  I've got my page
validated with transitional XHTML except the
mouseovers on my images.  According to the W3
validator, mouseover isn't a supported attribute by
XHTML.  Is there some way around it?  I wouldn't think
I have to get rid of mouse overs on images in order to
use XHTML.
