I don't know if anyone will have thoughts on this, but
I would appreciate any suggestions on future story
ideas related to my Fallen Martyrs site. The list of
the existing stories organized by country is here:
http://www.fallenmartyrs.com/country.htm

The stories are about individuals who were killed
because of beliefs or something they stood for. Many
of the issues so far have included: freedom of speech,
religious convictions, human rights, or political
ideology.

Basically, the criteria I use is:
-- must have been a real person (can be modern-day or
any time period in history)
-- doesn't have to be a saint but the person did try
to do good deeds or what they thought was right
-- person was killed because of what he / she
represented (the individual who the story is about
can't commit suicide)

If you're not sure if someone meets the criteria, send
me the name anyway, and I'll research the person.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. In the past,
some of the better stories have been those where other
individuals gave me the name of a possible person to
write about.

Best regards,
Susan
