Mind Boggling problem in Netscape

Hello Everyone, 

I have just finished making a new site for my agency. To my suprise the 
rollovers that work beautifully in IE 5.0, do not work in Netscape 4.7. 

I am not getting any Java Script error, so i can't figure out why this is 
happening. 

I have uploaded 1 page with with it's navigation:

Can some one please tell me why the rollover on the left hand side does not 
work in Netscape??? 

Await your prompt replys as I have to go live with the new site in 2 days.
