Think "christmas", and any other festive time that involves gratuitous 
gift-giving ;-)

But coding that with all the different freight and tax rates would be a pain, 
so say "sure it can be done and it will only cost you $$$$$ extra" ...

If he's willing to pay the extra, it has to be worth your while.
