FYI. I earlier reported a <DIV> that appeared fine in IE, but sunk halfway
down the page in NN. I resolved the problem, here's what it was.
The <Div> contained a table. The table contained some <p> tags. NN took all
the space associated with the <p> tags and threw it in front of the table.
I eliminated the <p> tags, and the <div> appeared correctly in NN.
