I am putting together a document for our web designers on issues of
accessibility. I took the HWG class about a year and a half ago. I have a
couple of questions I'm hoping someone can help me with.

1) Is there a place where a guideline for compliance for government
organizations is posted?

2) Are Microsoft Front Page extensions compatable with accessability
guidelines?
