Specifying frames in URL's

Is it possible in a site that uses frames to use a URL that 
will load the page and target a document to a given frame.
e.g.  I have a page that has three frames, a title bar on the top
and a navigation bar to the right,  and I want to send someone
a URL to the site but I want to send them to a particular page
that I want to have appear in the body frame as if it would 
had you clicked on a link with in the page, targeting the 
body frame.
