Kat, do you ever stop for a breath ? lol.

Do yourself a favor and go to:

http://www.htmlgoodies.com

There you will find tutorials on everything you ever wanted to know about
html in easy to understand language. If you don't find what you're looking
for there, search engines abound that will give you more.

Try these two for starters.

http://htmlgoodies.earthweb.com/

I personally don't like frames and I don't use them because not everybody's
browser likes frames and not everybody likes using frames either. If you
can give users the choice between "frames" and "no frames", so much the
better. I personally hate tracking around frames to get where I want to get
and having to scroll six times on one page to find what I'm looking for.

I would also venture to suggest that there's nothing you can do with frames
that can't be achieved with tables which, again IMHO, are much more user
friendly.

Just my 2cents worth....good luck and would love to see a URL.
