messageboard double-postings

Hi all,

I wrote a messageboard as Perl/CGI-script a while ago, got a few compliants 
about that there are some double postings. I guess those are the result of 
a user side reload of the script directly after having sent the message for 
the first time or something like that. Maybe you have another explanation 
for this problem.

Is there a way to make this kind of unwanted double-posting impossible? Is 
there a routine to empty the cache where the form data are stored after 
they have been sent once or something like that?
