RE: How'd they do that?

I use IE 5.01 and viewed source and saw no static tag.  Seems to be 
standard cached graphic...

I guess it is only me who thinks this background is hideous...  try looking 
at it on a larger monitor...  the tiling is terrible.  The yellow text 
drives right over the yellow part of the background - I had to highlight it 
with my mouse so I could read it.  Do yourself good and don't follow their 
example on your site!  *grin*
