css and netscape - a headache

I have been struggling with this problem for several days now and am about 
to hit the wall.

I set up a style sheet that sets the default font as follows:

BODY {
  font-family : Arial, sans-serif;
  font-size: 66pt;
  font-style: normal;
  font-weight: normal
  }

In IE, it works great, in NN6, same. In NN4 though, I cannot change the 
font no matter what I do. I have looked through the code, through the style 
sheets and I am stumped.
