Proper configuration of javascript pop-up windows in a form

Hey.  I've got a javascript pop-up window being called in a form.  It works 
beautifully as long as you hit the SUBMIT button.  However, if you hit the 
ENTER key, as some people do, it messes all up.   Does anyone know how to 
avoid this?
