Form question

I have a form that is made up of about 50 checkboxes.  I am trying to find 
a script that will return a page based on how many checkboxes were 
checked.  For example, if less than 5 checkboxes were checked, the form 
would return 1.html.  If 6-10 checkvoxes were checked, it would return 
2.html, and so on.

I am on a tight deadline and thought this feature would help to impress my 
client so any quick advice you could offer would be greatly 
appreciated!  Thanks a lot!
