Worm in Java on site?

Greetings,

One of my clients received a message stating "There is a Worm Virus in your 
Java script on the website...".

I am not a Java expert but do use pre-written scripts on many sites. Could 
you kindly advise if you've ever heard of a worm being embedded in Java 
scripts on a Web site? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
