Two Questions...

Hi all;
I have two questions for y'all:
1) I have a client that wants his salespeople to be able to access their 
e-mail remotely. How is this done? Can you recommend a software package, or 
is this better to script one's self?
2) This client also wants built into his web site the ability to refer 
users to dealers based on zip code. He has 800 dealers nationwide. How 
would I do this? Is there a program that does this?
