CSS Problem

Hi all;
My home page
http://TheWebsons.com/
looks absolutely wonderful in IE5.5 but positively revolting in NN4.0 and 
IE4.0. Can't figure out why: everything's syntactically correct (except, 
maybe, nesting <style> tags, but that's worked before), yet these two 
browsers toss everything around like it were a salad, ignore the font info, 
etc. Why? TIA,
