Background Images

Hi all;
I've set a background image in CSS using the following notation:

body { background-image: 
url(http://www.thewebsons.com/SiliconHeartland/images/sh_logo_bkgnd_gray.gif); 
background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: center; 
background-attachment: fixed }

It looks good, *except* that I'd like the image to float *below* the header 
and remain centered upon scrolling. You may see what I'm talking about here:

How do I accomplish this?
