Form data to Access data base to printable "electronic" form

Greetings List,

We currently have a client who as part of their e-commerce site addition, 
wishes to have the ability for site visitors to fill out a form (no big 
deal), however, once the form data is submitted they wish to have this same 
data form the basis of a "new" Access driven data base record.

After the database record has been created they wish to have this same data 
printed out as part of an electronic form.  What is the easiest way to 
address this particular requirement ?
