Special HTML Character?

I have a small site in production. When I go to validate (W3C) , I receive 
an error on ..., an ellipse I've used in a couple places on one page. I 
cannot find how to escape it, if in fact, that is what I must do in order 
to validate.

Anyone hold the key to this?
