There are screen capture programs which do all sort of sophisticated
things. You'll need to get their names from someone else. The simple
method is to hit the print screen key, which puts an image of your computer
screen onto your clipboard. Then open a graphics program and paste it
in. You can then resize and otherwise edit your image. Some of the
programs will take the cursor out of the image. I just try to remember to
put the cursor in a corner that I'll be editing out anyway.

Hope this helps.
