LOL Christie,

I don't mean to laugh but I *know* what you mean. That would have to be the 
worst piece of programming that MS has *ever* inflicted on the universe.

Today, I gritted my teeth, did the big "F" and went back to 
Win98!....yessssssss...no crashing, no locking up, and my 512meg of RAM is 
actually *working*.

Go for it :)
