Just go to <http://www.ipix.com>  These guys do a great job with VRs (and 
did the one on that site) and we use them for all kinds of sites - not just 
real estate.  Pretty inexpensive too - considering.  I do know there are 
roll-your-own options that you can use your own camera and the provided 
software but have heard those are a PIA!
