Wow, amazing.  I see they managed to change of the graphics.  I'm sorry 
this happened Susan.  Nothing more infuriating to my mind.

I've started putting my name as the author in a meta statement in the 
middle of a series of meta statements in the head of the document.  It's 
very subtle and unless someone is really paying attention they'll never 
notice it.  In your case that might have worked well since they basically 
spent no time on the code it looks like.   Anyway, if something like that 
were in place, you might be able to sue.
