Alternative to Outlook Scheduling

Hello All.

  Does anyone have an alternative to Outlook for scheduling. I have a 
client that is fed up with all of the virus issues that using Outlook 
brings, so they have asked me to upgrade everyone to Eudora for email. The 
only issue is, the secretaries do a lot of scheduling via Outlook and they 
need to continue to do so.

Any Windows 2000/Linux compatible programs (preferably free or very 
inexpensive) that can take over for this feature?
