It works fine for me in both Mozilla 0.9.9 and IE6.

There are other issues though - the links don't work if JavaScript is 
turned off, so it might be a good idea to write them with a 
document.write() so they only appear when they work. JavaScript doesn't 
feel quite right for this purpose. Possibly a perl script used as an SSI to 
include simple HTML links would be better.
