Opera & NS4 Table Problem

I have a site that looks fine under NS6, IE6, IE5.5, but has some problems 
under NS4 & Opera6.  Could someone with good table experience, please look at:

There are other pages, some with the issue, some not, but this is 
representative of the problem.
