anybody know what's going on with Digital Zones

I have my site and 5 of my clients sites hosted at Digital Zones - 
www.dzones.com  For the last 2 days I have been unable to ftp to my site - 
I keep getting a timeout error.  So I went to the control panel at my site 
and opened a trouble ticket explaining the problem but when I click the 
"submit" button I get an error message saying "the requested page is 
unavailable right now"  SOoooooo - then I try to go to Digital Zones home 
page and I get the same error message.  I am REALLY starting to get worried 
here.  There is absolutely no way to get in contact with Digital Zones 
support staff, sales reps, etc.... and with their home page unaccessable, 
I'm getting a sinking feeling that they might be going belly-up.
Anybody else out there use Digital Zones?
