I installed IE 5.0 with a fresh installation of Win 98 SE on a brand new=20
computer then applied the update to version 5.5 from the Windows Update=20
page. The exact version numbers are:

5.50.4522.1800
Cipher strength: 128 bit
Update versions: SP1, Q286045, Q286043, Q299618

This version was installed over the default install of IE 5.0 that comes=20
with my Win 98SE CD through an update from the Windows Update page on MS'=20
Web site less than 2 months ago.
