Center?

I haven't uploaded the pages yet since it's so much hassle to upload to=20
this particular site, so you won't be able to see them as yet ...but I'm=20
having trouble with a page. I have two pages that are very similar, both=20
tabled, both 768 pixels wide. Both tables are <div align=3D"center"> and=20
<center>.. While one centers on the page in IE and Netscape 5 and=20
mozilla...  the other won't center no matter what I do in any of them. I=20
did get it to move right with page border in mozilla, but not in Netscape=20
or IE. Any idea what could be going on?  It's making me crazy!
