I have not published new stats in the Browser News because I am not been 
able to find more up-to-date, credible stats.  E.g., once source says that 
about 15% in the US have HS connections, and another equally credible 
(?)  source says 21%.  Meanwhile in Canada, percentages quoted range from 
20% to 48%!

I believe that eMarketer has good stats on this ... for those willing to 
pay the $$$$ for its report.
