pulling hair out over Netscape

Hello,

I'm wearing my IT hat today and need some serious help.

Yesterday my partner managed to disable his forward and back buttons on 
Netscape Nav. 6. Keyboard shortcuts are also disabled.

We upgraded to v7, but the problem persists!  I think he hit some sloppy 
javascript.

I can't find a way to turn off javascript in NN help, NN "support" page, or 
Google!  Does anyone know?

Also, any clues to how to fix this problem without being forced to set up a 
new profile?
