IE Form Submission Problem (example)

At the above page, I entered the information following this paragraph,
and IE5.5 refuses to do anything when I click on the submit button or
hit "enter". Using Mozilla I had no problem entering the information.
This page is temporarily unpassworded so you can take a peek. My
temptation is just to ignore IE5.5, but I'd rather know why there's a
problem. :) (side note: it *did* seem to work if I left the chords
field blank....)
