Why not use a separate style sheet?  Then use CSS to position the elements
as you see fit.  Seperate Style sheets allow for fast updates and
corrections of positions.

Try, just playing here I really don't keep this site up with other projects

http://mywebpages.comcast.net/greyangel  Both are deeply controlled by css
and follow (mostly) Strict HTML rules.

The pages break on Yahoo if they don't follow the rules made by the
document declarations.  No declarations and Yahoo assumes you have an HTML
2.1 or 3 type doc.  If Yahoo scans and sees inline styles and DIVs it
assumes the code is HTML 3.2 and up so it checks for compatible code.

They are weeding out bad pages so that Yahoo appears to be the company to
market your sites on.  If no bad sites load then Yahoo must be a good
company! A fallacy based upon False Analogy.
