I work for a disability organization, have a disability (not blindness, I have cerebral palsy) and still find I have much to learn from people with disabilities other than my own. Our site has links at the top of the page (about 15) and I'm going to rethink that.

I'm also amazed at how many sites don't use the ALT attribute. This is one easy thing to do to make things more accessible.
