OT: Monitors

 Hi,

I've finally decided that I need to replace my monitor (14", 800x600 @ ~65hz) 
as I'm getting headaches and eyestrain from it. What 17" monitor would you 
reccommend?  I'll be using it for web design and graphic design mainly.  What 
is the lowest refresh rate needed so that one cannot see the flicker on the 
screen?

I'd especially like feedback about the Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 710 and the 
Ilyama Pro 410, and also the Smile 17" monitor.
